Broccoli and Raisin Salad


Delicious and loaded with vitamins, minerals and protein!  Yes protein! Broccoli has 3 grams per one serving!  This recipe is from Dr. Josh Axe.  



Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli florets
1/2 c. mayo
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. diced green onions
2 T. red wine vinegar
Optional:  stevia to taste 



Directions

Cut the broccoli florets into small pieces.  Add all the other ingredients and mix.  It tastes great right away, but even better the next day.
