Ingredients
3 c. kale
1/2 onion
1 T. coconut oil
1 t. minced garlic
Optional: Season with pepper and salt
Directions
Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet. Brown the garlic. Add the onions and cook until they are almost tender. Add the kale and cook until the leaves are wilted.
