Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Succulent little crucifers that people tend to avoid, but are so yummy when prepared right!
Ingredients
1 lb fresh brussel sprouts
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. onion powder
3 T. olive oil
Directions
Trim each of the brussel sprouts by cutting off the bottom and removing a couple of outer leaves. Rinse them and pat dry.
Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl. Mixed the ingredients together.
Toss the brussel sprouts until they are coated with the mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes. Be sure to turn the sprouts over while they are roasting to evenly brown them.
Serve with your favorite entree and ENJOY!!!
